TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I.GENERAL RULES

1.Wingatebet Limited clients should read, comprehend and accept the following rules. The possession of a betting receipt issued by Wingatebet Limited implies that which is stated on the receipt itself, that the client acknowledges and has accepted the rules, which must be displayed and made available to the customer.

Please read the „TERMS AND CONDITIONS” carefully and if you do not accept them, do not use the website. The „TERMS AND CONDITIONS” shall also apply to all telephone betting and betting or gaming via mobile devices including downloadable applications to a mobile device (as if references to your use of the website were references to your use of our regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on the website. The most up to date Terms will be available on the website.

2. The acceptance of bets from clients under the age of 18 is prohibited. Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3. Wingatebet Limited offers the events, selections, prices and the potential winnings of any transaction with the customer. The receipt given to customer is the only proof of contract and it is the customers responsibility to safeguard this. In case of loss of receipt the customers lose their right to payment. No bet is accepted until a valid receipt is provided, subject to Wingatebet Limited rules. Winnings will only be paid upon presentation of said original receipt.

Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to decline payment for any deteriorated betting receipt.

Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to refuse the whole, or any part of any bet, at the time it is offered. Bets placed through Wingatebet Limited are accepted only if they have undergone the approved general procedure. No other forms are allowed if not expressly approved by Wingatebet Limited.

4. The date and time of the initiation of an event is the date and time that the event actually starts and not the expiry date and time entered into the Wingatebet Limited computer. Therefore, if the expiry date and time entered in the Wingatebet Limited computer is after (erroneously or for any other reason) the effective date and time of the event and the event is either underway or finished, all selections on the event will be liable to annulment and stakes will be refunded, with the exception of Live Betting (Betting in Play), and events that we have re-opened during an interruption, such as a weather affected tennis match.

5. When a bet is comprised of several selections and one or more of the events referred to is already underway or has been completed at the time the bet is received in the Wingatebet Limited network, the selection(s) is valued at an odd of 1,00. The remaining selections are valid and will be regarded as such as long as they meet the minimum requirement of selections to make the bet valid.

6. Every bet validated by Wingatebet Limited will be recorded in the general archive and in a second archive for security reasons, named “betting history”. The odds valid at the time the bet was registered are the odds on which the win will be calculated. When calculating the winnings, only the content of the receipt inside Wingatebet Limited’s headquarters archives will apply. In case of receipts containing different data from that stored in the headquarters archives, Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to consider valid the data only contained in its betting history.

7. In case of printing errors, errors on receipts or palpable errors of data input into Wingatebet Limited’s computer, Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to annul such bets, or in our judgement, to settle such bets at the correct odds even if the discovery of the error occurs after the conclusion of the event. The annulled bet is then reimbursable on the client’s request. Bets are valid in which minor errors appear in the description of the bet, the name of the team, name / surname of the competitor, name of the venue, etc, provided that, despite the error, it may be established beyond all doubt to which team or competitor the bet refers.

8. Where there is evidence of match, event or race irregularities, Wingatebet Limited reserves the right to void or suspend payment on the selection under suspicion pending the outcome of an inquest by that sport’s official governing body.

9. If a match is postponed/rearranged/abandoned or a player retires, all bets will be void, unless the bet has already reached its natural conclusion.

10. Any complaints, complete with the necessary details for an explanation of the complaint, must reach the Wingate Limited’s administration office within 30 days of the completion of the sporting event to which the complaint refers. Any stake exceeding the typical bookmakers offer parameters can be voided at Wingatebet Limited discretion. All bets unclaimed 30 days after completion of the last event on the ticket, will be declared expired.

11. Situations not covered by these rules will from time to time be published and communicated by Wingatebet Limited.

12. The minimum number of selections within an event that can be selected, the maximum stakes allowed per combination and any other limitative element are indicated by the computer.

13.The maximum payout per customer for one or more identical betslips by Wingatebet Limited is 1,500,000 GHC.

14. Any dispute arising from the patronizing of the Soccabet Platform by a Customer shall be settled first by negotiating between the parties. In the event that the Parties cannot settle the dispute by negotiations, the dispute will be referred to arbitration at the Ghana Arbitration Center in accordance with the provisions of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of Ghana, 2010, Act 798.

KENO

KENO is a numbers game where Soccabet allows their customers to bet on different draws across the world.

Minimum stake is 1 Ghc and maximum possible payout is 100,000 Ghc. Please note that Soccabet will pay only maximum possible winning in cases where a customer will have two or more identical betslips with total sum above maximum possible payout (100,000 GHc)

In obvious cases where a schedule of draw is modified and the system will erroneously allow customers to place bets after the real time of the draw, all these bets will be voided and the stakes refunded.

SIMULATED REALITY LEAGUE

Stay up to date with latest at SOCCABET! Drawing on historical football database and statistical output to provide match data for the product, the first simulated reality games will offer a comprehensive range of pre-match and live (in-play) betting opportunities. The simulations will reflect team form and normal match play creating an advanced gaming experience.

Simulated Reality will be launching on Friday, 3 April covering the top-tier football leagues from different competitions. Simulated Reality football will offer fans the chance to complete the current football season, with all remaining fixtures scheduled to be played as per their original date and kick-off time.

Played out over a full 90 minutes, fans will be able to bet on their favourite teams, access match analysis and league tables, while the game itself will be visualised by live match trackers.

SOCCA SPECIALS

Any customer can bet on a SOCCA SPECIALS game, choosing the teams which he consider that will score more goals in their particular matches (1X2). Will be offered for betting also the following bet types: Double Chance, Totals (Number of Goals), Total Corners, Total Number of Bookings.

Italy - Serie A: AS Roma vs Atalanta; final result 0:1;

Spain - LaLiga: Atl. Madrid vs Real Madrid, final result 1:2;

SOCCA BATTLE - AS Roma vs Real Madrid, final result 0:2;

Total Corners: 6 (5 corners for AS Roma and 1 corner for Real Madrid)

Total Number of Bookings: 2 (0 cards for AS Roma and 2 Yellow cards for Real Madrid)

Important T&C:

SOCCABET will take in consideration only the matches played in the same day as the SOCCA SPECIALS game schedule.

SOCCA SPECIALS events cannot be combined on Accumulator betslips with the real games of the teams involved in the battles.

If any team of SOCCA BATTLE will be postponed to a different day, the battle will be voided. In case of any interrupted match, the SOCCA BATTLE will be voided, unless it reached the natural conclusion.

Important notice: Yellow card = 1 booking; Red card= 2 bookings; Red card from two Yellow cards = 3 bookings; Please note that only bookings received in the field will be taken into consideration, any yellow/red card received outside the pitch will not be calculated.

SOCCA BOOST

SOCCABET will offer a combination of teams with two possiblities of betting:

1 - all teams to win, where Soccabet will boost total odd (Combination of teams)
2 - at least one team will not win ("NOT")

In case of any suspended/interrupted/postponed game where any SOCCA BOOST team is involved and they will not continue/replay in the same day,
than the bet will be voided and will receive odd 1,00, unless the cases where it already reached the natural conclusion (one team didn't win the game),
and "NOT" will be winner

SOCCA BOOST could be combined with any other game, except the matches where the teams from the combination come from.

PUBLICITY

By accepting any prize and/or winnings, you agree to give your consent for your name and/or photo to be used for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

II.SPORT RULES

1.SOCCER

For the purposes of these rules, Half Time is defined as the scheduled first 45 minutes of the 1st Half plus any added injury time of stoppage time. Normal Time and 90 Minutes' Play is defined as the scheduled 90 minutes of play of the 1st and 2nd Half plus any added injury time or stoppage time. Extra Time is defined as any scheduled periods of play after Normal Time and 90 Minutes' Play, plus any added injury time or stoppage time, golden/silver goals. Extra Time does not include Penalty Shootouts.

Please note that some Leagues/Tournaments/Matches might be played in a different format (2x40 minutes) and they will be settled according to the final result. (E.g Friendly Games, Youth Leagues).

All bets on football matches are based on the score at the end of a scheduled 90 Minutes' Play, unless otherwise stated or unless the bet has already been settled.

Prices relating to score of the match after Extra Time may be offered at the end of a scheduled 90 Minutes' Play.

Goals scored in 90 Minutes' Play do not count for settlement purposes of these Extra Time markets.

All bets specific to Extra Time will be made void if a match is abandoned before its scheduled end unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled.

Match details such as dates and kick-off times that are displayed on the website are for guidance only. Wingatebet Limited is not responsible for any errors or amendments to any match details displayed.

In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground the team displayed to the left will be considered as the home team and the team shown on the right will be considered as the away team.

Postponed/Rearranged/Abandoned Matches

All bets on matches that are postponed/rearranged/abandoned will be void unless the match is played within 36 hours of the original kick off time, in which case the bets will stand.

All bets on matches where the venue of the match or the opponent is altered, after it has initially listed on the website, will be void.

OUTRIGHTS

If you bet on Team A\Player A but there is a tie with Team B\Player B, you will get paid on full odds, but the stake will be split between the number of players who drew. So your stake would be split in 2. If 3 players draw, your stake will be split in 3, if 4 players draw, your stake will be split in 4, etc.

Abandoned Events

All bets will void if an event is abandoned unless the official ruling federation (FIS, IBU, or any other official federation) confirms the results as an 'official result' at the time the event was abandoned and it is not continued within the next two calendar days at the same location.

Postponed/Rearranged Events

All bets will stand if the event is postponed and is re-run at the same venue within the next two calendar days.

If an event is moved to a different location, the bet will be void.

28.ELECTRONIC SPORTS (E-Sports)

The settlement of bets will be based on the official results announced by the competent forums within the Electronic Leagues competitions, TV transmissions or the API (programming interface) of the game.

The playing time of Electronic Games may differ from one competition to another, depending on the rules of each competition organizer.

If a match is played before of the initial kick off time, all bets placed after the new kick off time will be voided. All bets placed before the actual kick off time will remain valid.

In case of a team officially changes its name as a result of leaving one organization to join to another organization, all bets will remain valid.

All bets on matches that are postponed/rearranged/abandoned will be void unless the match is played within 36 hours of the original kick off time, in which case the bets will stand.
